1 <br /> Blaska may require the use of up to 140 acres of land <br /> owned by Jerome Blaska for purposes of irrigating the leachate and <br /> land spreading the screened solids. In consideration of the use <br /> of such land, Jerome Blaska may receive up to 2,000 tons of silage <br /> from any corn pack and the value of such silage shall not be <br /> included in the accounting to be made by Blaska to Stokely on May <br /> 1 following said pack. Blaska shall enter into a lease with Jerome <br /> Blaska upon such terms which lease shall identify the lands <br /> involved with specificity and shall have a term which shall <br /> commence on March 1, 1990, and terminate on February 28, 1995. A <br /> copy of this lease shall be provided to Stokely by April 1, 1990. <br /> Blaska's rights pursuant to such lease shall be assignable to <br /> Stokely and shall be transferred to Stokely in the event of a <br /> breach of this agreement by Blaska. <br /> 7. Except as otherwise provided herein, the term of this <br /> agreement shall begin March 1, 1990, and shall continue through <br /> February 28, 1995. Thereafter, this agreement shall be renewed for <br /> additional terms of five (5) years each commencing March 1, 1995, <br /> and each five year anniversary thereafter, unless either party <br /> shall have given the other party written notice of intent not to <br /> renew not less than two (2) years in advance of the expiration of <br /> the term in which the notice is given. <br /> Notice under this agreement shall be in writing by <br /> registered mail to: <br /> STOKELY USA, INC. <br /> Attention: Robert M.
