Bass <br /> Dear Committee Members : <br /> The Dunn Plan Commission and Town Board request you hold <br /> this petition in abeyance until the following concerns have been <br /> addressed: <br /> Mr. Bass does not have clear title to the property and the <br /> town has requested the land contract dispute be cleared up <br /> prior to proceeding with the rezoning of the property. <br /> The placement of the driveway along the west property line <br /> has raised concerns from the adjacent property owners <br /> because they already suffer from water run-off from this <br /> property. The town has requested an engineer report on the <br /> impact of putting a gravel driveway in this location. <br /> The town requests verification that a driveway access permit <br /> has been issued by Dane County Highway.
