The Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural <br /> Homes District the following described land: Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 28, Town of Deerfield described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 28; thence Westerly along the East-West quarter line of <br /> said Section 28 to the West line of said NE 1/4 SE 1/4; thence Southerly along said West line, 225 feet more or less to <br /> the point of beginning; thence Easterly, parallel with the said East-West quarter line, 485 feet more or less; thence <br /> Southerly parallel with the West line of said NE 1/4 SE 1/4 270 feet more or less; thence Westerly parallel with said <br /> East-West quarter line, 485 feet more or less to said West line NE 1/4 SE 1/4; thence Northerly along said West line, <br /> 270 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recor- <br /> ded. The Dane County Board of Supervi- <br /> sors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the C-2 Commercial District the following described land: Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Pleasant <br /> Springs, described as follows: Lot #1 Certified Survey Map #3700 as recorded in Volume 15 Page 128 of Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds.
