ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4780 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the C-2 Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4780: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 9, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Lot #1, CSM 3700 found in Volume 15, Page 128 of Certified Survey <br /> Maps Dane County Register of Deeds Office. Also, commencing at the Northwest <br /> corner of Certified Survey Map #3700, recorded in Volume 15, Page 128, the <br /> point of beginning of this description; thence N 00° 05' 08' West, 443.95 feet; <br /> thence S 89° 53' 31" East, 249.88 feet; thence S 00° 05' 08" East, 310.71 feet; <br /> thence N 85° 15' 07" East, 437.85 feet; thence S 02° 41' 22" West, 359.57 feet; <br /> thence S 88° 09' 59' West, 370.84 feet; thence N 00° 06' 25" West, 214.79 feet; <br /> thence S 89° 31' 38' West, 109.66 feet; thence S 86° 24' 01" West, 188.82 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. Use of the property shall be limited to the following uses: <br /> 1. A general welding business. <br /> 2. Semi-tank trailer repairs. <br /> 3. New and used semi-tank trailer sales business. Sales of other types of semi- <br /> trailers is not permitted. <br /> EFFECTIVE: September 5, 1990 <br />
