The barn was originally constructed by <br /> others for the purpose of housing horses in 5 stalls with a <br /> tack room and small feed room and in addition a drive through <br /> with large doors on each end of the barn and the remainder of <br /> the barn has more storage space about equal to the stall area. <br /> The barn measures 60'-3"X63' which is 3, 796 SF. <br /> The barn is no longer used for horse keeping and it is <br /> proposed to use it for warehouse purposes. I have been <br /> approached by a person who wants to store tile and I have been <br /> approached by others who would like to store a car or trailer. <br /> The time schedule is for the rezone to be completed as soon as <br /> possible. The person wishing to store tile said he would like <br /> to use it in a couple of months. <br /> Attached is a legal description of the area proposed for the <br /> rezoning. The total area is 9, 490 SF and the barn area is 40% <br /> of that area. <br /> Also attached is a 1"=400' scale drawing of the area and a <br /> copy of Certified Survey Map No. 4973 which shows the overall <br /> area. <br /> The tax parcel number of the area to be rezoned in district 19 <br /> is 0708-183-8690-0. <br /> Attached is my check for $75. 00 for the filing fee. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> Robert L.
