Ordinances, and contingent on <br /> the owner' s continued compliance with all restrictions and <br /> conditions applying to their present zoning" . (The intent <br /> being to inform the owner that such violation of zoning would <br /> result in proceedure to revoke their conditional use permit <br /> to board horses. ) Motion carried. <br /> At the Regular Board Meeting 6/19/90 the above recommendation <br /> of the Planning/Zoning Committee was approved by motion of <br /> Sup .
