It was observed that a storage shed is being constructed too <br /> close to the road and without a Dane County zoning permit. A photo is enclosed. <br /> A Stop Work Order was issued on January 7, 2c09 for your project. A copy is enclosed. <br /> On January 9,2009 you were contacted by the ane County Assistant Zoning Administrator, Ms.Kristine L. <br /> Schutte,and informed that a variance appeal is option available to you.Also,on that date,you stated you <br /> would contact a Wisconsin Land Surveyor,Mr. Birrenkott,was the name you gave to me. <br /> Under Dane County Code of Ordinance section 10.25(2)(a)and section 10.17(3)(b),persons are require to obtain <br /> a Dane County zoning permit for a new storage shed and the shed must be constructed at least thirty(30)feet <br /> from the front property line,the right-of-way lisle for Hommen Road. <br /> This letter serves as notice that your property at Hommen Road is in violation of the ordinance.
