They failed to appear at <br />the Town Board meeting on December 16. One neighbor was present with question,; on appeal <br />3220 and one letter stating concerns was received on appeal 3222 (copy enclosed). ,also the <br />town never received any maps from the County showing the site plan with the varial ces <br />requested. <br />The Town Board recommends approval of appeal 3223. Thi -,se were non-conformin 2 lots prior <br />to the town vacating adjacent road right of way, and they are larger but still not up tc the current <br />code. <br />The Town Board reviewed Appeal 3224 for Candace and Frald Groth. They recomn end <br />approval with the condition that if the road -setback variance is granted by the count} , it be <br />limited to the site/elevation plans dated 11/11/02 signed by Candace S_ H. Groth_ 'Ple neighbors <br />across the road (Dan and Carol Torgeson) objected to the height of the Groth resid,:r ce <br />exceeding the elevation proposed in those plans if the road variance is granted.
