ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4822 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4822: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 1, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 1; thence East, <br /> 562 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue East, 568 feet; thence <br /> North, 230 feet; thence West, 568 feet; thence South, 230 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br />
