- RESTRICTIONS - <br /> 1. WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of <br /> , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Pet. #4813: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Blue Mounds described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of the said Section 21; thence <br /> N 01° 00' 58" East along the North-South quarter line 1462.78 feet; thence S <br /> 81° 26' 09" East 138.94 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 81° 26' 09" <br /> East 434 .69 feet; thence S 30° 19' 02" West 294.96 feet; thence S 26° 20 '46" <br /> East 115.16 feet; thence S 50° 30' West along the centerline of CTH E 100.00 <br /> feet; thence along the centerline on a curve to the left of radius 478.34 feet <br /> and long chord of S 47° 21' 23" West 52.46 feet; thence N 46° 07' West 124.09 <br /> feet; thence N 32° 08' West 302.26 feet; thence N 10° 40' 55" East 182.90 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the <br /> owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as <br /> beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- <br /> posed: <br /> 1. The equipment stored on the property shall be that listed in the letter <br /> from Western Bridge Corporation to Tom Sutter dated May 2, 1990. <br /> 2. Storage of petroleum or chemicals shall not be permitted. <br /> 3. Driveway access to the site shall not be from CTH E. <br /> 4. The driveway to the site shall be approve by the Town Board. <br /> These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and shall <br /> be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their successors, <br /> heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, pursuant to para- <br /> graphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are amended or terminated. <br /> - 1 - <br />
