Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residential District. <br /> Pet. #4814: <br /> Part of the SW 1 /4 SW 1 /4 Section 27, Town of Montrose described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 27; thence East 516.69 feet <br /> along the South line of said Section , thence N 000 37 ' East 386 feet parallel <br /> and 66 feet West of the West line of North Shore Park, thence West 517 feet <br /> parallel to the South line of Section 27, thence South 386 feet along the West <br /> line of Section 27 to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
