Agriculture District to the A-2(4) Agriculture & A-2 Agriculture District. Pet. #4816: TO A-2(4 ) : Part of the SW 1 /4 SE 1 /4 Section 6 , Town of Albion described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said 1 /4 1 /4 , thence North , 600 feet; thence N 70° East 750 feet; thence N 05° East 650 feet; thence S 45° East 700 feet; thence South 100 feet; thence S 70° West 400 feet; thence South 700 feet to the South line of said 1 /4 1 /4 ; thence West 850 feet to the point of beginning. ALSO TO A-2: Part of the SE 1 /4 of Section 6, Town of Albion. Commencing at the Southwest corner of said SE 1 /4 ; thence East 800 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue East 520 feet; thence North 950 feet; thence S 45° East , 540 feet; thence North 620 feet; thence N 10° East 500 feet; thence S 80° West, 1200 feet; thence S 45° East, 600 feet; thence South 100 feet; thence S 70° West , 400 feet; thence South , 650 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
