ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4818 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the A-2 (1) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4818: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 10, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the said SW 1/4 NW 1/4, thence <br /> South along the West line of said 1/4 1/4, 264.0 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence East, 150.0 feet; thence South, 155.0 feet; thence S 110 35' <br /> West, 199.0 feet; thence West, 110.0 feet to the aforesaid West line of the SW <br /> 1/4 NW 1/4; thence North along said West line, 350.0 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE: AU6 0 7 1990 <br />
