J <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4819 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CHRISTIANA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Christiana be amended to include in the <br /> R-1A Residential and RH-3 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4819: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 30, Town of Christiana described as follows: <br /> Part of Lot #2, Certified Survey Map #5286, described as follows: TO R-1A: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of the aforesaid Lot #2, thence South, 175 <br /> feet; thence East 287 feet; thence North 175 feet to the North line of said Lot <br /> #2, thence West 287 feet to the point of beginning. TO RH-3: Part of Lot #2, <br /> Certified Survey Map #5286, described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest <br /> corner of the aforesaid Lot #2, thence South, 175 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue South, 1150 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot <br /> #2, thence East, 565 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot; thence Northerly <br /> 1328 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot; thence West, 215 feet; thence <br /> South, 175 feet; thence West 287 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
