Agt PETITION TO CHANCE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LANDS IN THE TOWN OF CHRISTIANA TO THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS: Ladies & Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions the Dane County Board of Supervisors to change the zoning classification of the following described land in Section 30 , Town of Christiana , Dane County. Wisconsin, from the A-1 Ex. Agriculture District to the R-1A Residential / RH-3 Rural Homes District. Pet. #4819 : Part of the SW 1 /4 NW 1 /4 Section 30 , Town of Christiana described as follows: Part of Lot #2, Certified Survey Map #5286, described as follows: TO R-1A: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the aforesaid Lot #2 , thence South , 175 feet; thence East 287 feet; thence North 175 feet to the North line of said Lot #2 , thence West 287 feet to the point of beginning. TO RH-3: Part of Lot #2 , Certified Survey Map #5286, described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the aforesaid Lot #2 , thence South , 175 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue South , 1150 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot #2 , thence East , 565 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot; thence Northerly 1328 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot; thence West, 215 feet; thence South , 175 feet; thence West 287 feet to the point of beginning. This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
