ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4820 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the RH-1 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. 44820: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 9, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 9, thence along <br /> the West line of the Northwest 1/4 Northerly 590 feet, more or less, to the <br /> centerline of a Town Road; thence along said centerline easterly 500 feet, more <br /> or less, to the point of beginning of this description; Thence continuing <br /> along said centerline Easterly 222 feet; Thence Northerly 33 feet to the <br /> Northerly right-of-way line of the Toan Road; Thence Easterly 232 feet; Thence <br /> Southerly 415 feet; Thence Westerly 455 feet; Thence Northerly 382 feet to the <br /> centerline of the Town Road to the beginning of this description. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
