- RESTRICTIONS - <br /> 1. WHEREAS, is/are <br /> the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of <br /> , Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 23, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 23, thence N 89° 26' 53" <br /> West, 233.32 feet; thence N 00° 09' 35" East, 229.39 feet; thence N 89° 30' 35" <br /> East, 200.00 feet; thence N 00° 20' 21" East along the West right-of-way <br /> of CTH PB, 828.67 feet to the point of beginning; thence West, 300.00 feet; <br /> thence North, 50.00 feet; thence West, 200.00 feet; thence North, 130.00 feet; <br /> thence East 180.00 feet; thence North, 70.00 feet; thence East, 315.00 feet <br /> more or less to the West right-of-way of CTH PB; thence S 00° 49' 28" East, <br /> 260.00 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> 2. WHEREAS, the said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to <br /> bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter; <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutal benefits passing to and from the <br /> owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the parties named as <br /> beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby im- <br /> posed: <br /> A. All equipment, materials and supplies related to contracting <br /> businesses shall be stored inside an enclosed building. <br /> These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and shall <br /> be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their successors, <br /> heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, pursuant to para- <br /> graphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are amended or terminated. <br /> - 1 - <br />
