ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4825 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the LC-1 <br /> Limited Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4825: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 23, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 23, thence N 89° 26' 53" <br /> West, 233.32 feet; thence N 00° 09' 35" East, 229.39 feet; thence N 89° 30' 35" <br /> East, 200.00 feet; thence N 00° 20' 21" East along the West right-of-way line <br /> of CTH PB, 828.67 feet to the point of beginning; thence West, 300.00 feet; <br /> thence North, 50.00 feet; thence West, 200.00 feet; thence North, 130.00 feet; <br /> thence East 180.00 feet; thence North, 70.00 feet; thence East, 315.00 feet <br /> more or less to the West right-of-way of CTH PB; thence S 00° 49' 28" East, <br /> 260.00 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land running in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as <br /> well as the owners of the land: <br /> A.
