ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4830 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4830: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 19, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southeast corner of said SW 1/4, and centerline of road; <br /> thence; Northerly along said centerline of said SW 1/4 260 feet more or less; <br /> thence 320 feet more or less; thence South 250 feet to a point on the South <br /> line of said SW 1/4; thence East along said South line 350 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE: / 6) I 1 // C\ 0 <br />
