July 27, 2016 <br /> To Whom It May Concern: <br /> Brian and Staci Heimsoth, owners of Ryan Rd, Lot #2, Blue Mounds, met <br /> with the Town of Vermont Plan Commission on June 27th. The Site visit <br /> was done the Saturday before on the 25th. At the Meeting it was <br /> determined that the site was in the Ridgetop Protection Area. <br /> In order to comply with the Ridgetop Protection Area requirements, the <br /> overall height of the home was decreased by 22" and a design was <br /> presented to the Town of Vermont Town Board on July 11th.
