THE 'BLUE BOOKS' VOL. 1, PG 453 SHOWS THIS
SECTION BEING SPLIT BY EQUAL DISTANCE. USING A PRORATED EQUAL DISTANCE SPLIT, THE
CORNER WOULD FALL 11' SOUTH OF THE OCCUPIED FENCE LINE. LOOKING AT THE NORTH, SOUTH,
EAST AND WEST Y4 CORNERS OF THIS SECTION, WE FOUND THAT THEY WERE ALL RE-ESTABLISHED
CORNERS, THE EAST AND WEST WERE RE-ESTABLISHED USING OCCUPATION (FENCE) LINES. ALSO,
CSM #1274 AND CSM #8010 SHOW THEIR NORTH LINE BEING ON AN EAST/WEST LINE, AND SURVEY
NO.97-00739 SHOWED THE WEST LINE BEING ON THE NORTH/SOUTH LINE. DUE TO ALL THIS
INFORMATION, I DECIDED TO SPLIT THE SECTION USING BEARING/BEARING METHOD FROM FOUND
MONUMENTS AND THE CORNER FALLS LESS THAN 3 FEET NORTH OF EXISTING FENCE LINE.
CONDITI❑NS ARE SHOWN BELOW,
(c) CORNER L❑CATION SKETCH: in the sketch, provide reference ties to at least 4
witness monuments of lasting durable material.
(d) The sketch shall include physical features surrounding the monument location
sufficient to easily find the monument when in the general area, such as but
not limited to utility poles, signs, trees, edges of forests or cropland, field
lanes, water bodies, pavement, buildings, etc. Sketch shall also indicate north
and scale, and include descriptions of symbols, in sketch or by legend.
LEGEND
0 = SET 3/4'x24' REBAR it
WT 1.5 LB PER LIN FT
= SET BRASS MONUMENT
V
CENTER CORNER
TENT IR8E19 CROP LANDS y Nk
S 85.48'56' E •
4' 37.09'
• _ _ N 88.15'17' W 206.24'
.`ke
3' • GRASS STRIP
4' O8 CROP LANDS
.h2 tih
S
40608192020
CORNER IDENTIFICATI❑N NUMBER:
