DANE COUNTY PUBLIC LAND SURVEY MONUMENT RECORD <br /> CO Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as <br /> restored or reestablished and the location of that corner as previously <br /> restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show the discrepancy in <br /> the sketch on sheet 1. <br /> THE C❑ORDINATES FOR THE TRUE CORNER PER CARL SANDSNES TIE SHEET DATED 2004 <br /> SHOW THAT IT IS 6,00 FEET SOUTH OF THE FOUND ALUMINUM CAP MONUMENT. WE FOUND <br /> THAT MANY OTHER TIE SHEETS, PLATS AND C.S.M.'S SHOW THE DISTANCE BEING 5.50 <br /> FEET WITH AN EXCEPTION OF C.S.M. 12680 STATING THE DISTANCE BEING 5.34 FEET. <br /> WE FOUND IN 'THE CROSSING' PLAT THAT HOWARD LICHT CALCULATED THE TRUE CORNER <br /> USING THE BEARING FROM THE CENTER CORNER TO THE MEANDER CORNER. WE DID THE <br /> SAME IN OUR CALCULATION OF THE TRUE CORNER. <br /> (f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of (1) an obliterated evidence <br /> location, or (2) a found perpetuated location'? <br /> 2.) PERPETUATED <br /> (g&h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods'? If so, <br /> show the method, including the directions and distances to other public land <br /> survey corners used as evidence or used for proportioning in determining the <br /> corner location'? <br /> NO, FOUND MONUMENT <br /> (I) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject <br /> corner, including monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey. <br /> - FOUND ALUM.
