DANE COUNTY PUBLIC LAND SURVEY MONUMENT RECORD
CO Describe any material discrepancy between the location of the corner as
restored or reestablished and the location of that corner as previously
restored or reestablished by distance and direction. Show the discrepancy in
the sketch on sheet 1.
A SURVEY SPIKE WAS FOUND AND ACCEPTED AS THE SOUTH CORNER. WE FOUND THAT
OUR DANE COUNTY COORDINATES MATCHED WELL PER CARL SANDSNES TIE SHEET DATED
NOV. 1, 1998. THE SURVEY SPIKE ALSO CHECKED GOOD WITH TWO TIES. ONE FOUND BY
SANDSNES AND ANOTHER FOUND BY KAUKL. WE ALSO FOUND THAT OUR DISTANCE FROM
THE SOUTH CORNER TO THE SE CORNER OF SECTION 9 BEING 2,607.72' CHECKS WELL
WITH THE DISTANCE OF 2,607,81' WHICH IS ON C.S.M.'S 11435, 11324, 10842, 5148.
(f) Was the corner restored through acceptance of (1) an obliterated evidence
location, or (2) a found perpetuated location?
2.) PERPETUATED
(g&h) Was the corner reestablished through proportionate methods'? If so,
show the method, including the directions and distances to other public land
survey corners used as evidence or used for proportioning in determining the
corner location'?
N❑, FOUND MONUMENT
(i) List all previous Monument Records found, previously filed for the subject
corner, including monument types set or found, surveyor, and date of survey.
- FOUND ALUM.
