Since <br /> comprehensive plan policies differ from town to town,the portions of the property in each town are treated separately. <br /> There are currently no provisions in either the Town of Vermont or the Town of Cross Plains Comprehensive Plans to <br /> allow for potential homesites to be moved or transferred across town lines. <br /> Based on the policies of the Town of Vermont/Dane County Comprehensive Plan,the 69.27 acres in the Town of <br /> Vermont would have the potential for up to two(2)new lots for nonfarm development.Note that this would be in addition <br /> to the existing residence on the site. <br /> Based on the policies of the Town of Cross Plains/Dane County Comprehensive Plan,the 40.3 acres in the Town of <br /> Cross Plains would have the potential for one lot for nonfarm development. <br /> I hope this information is helpful.
