ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4784 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> RH-1 Rural Homes and A-1 Ex. Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4784: <br /> TO RH-1: Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 31, Town of Sun Prairie <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section <br /> 31; thence West along the North line of said Section 31, 370.00 feet to the <br /> Northwest line of CTH T and the point of beginning; thence S 53° West along the <br /> Northwest line of CTH T, 207.85 feet; thence West, 462.00 feet; thence North, <br /> 166.00 feet; thence East, 587.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
