ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4786 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the Dunn <br /> District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4786: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 and part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 12, Town of <br /> Dunn described as follows: TO RH-3: Commencing at the West quarter corner of <br /> said Section 12; thence, along the West line of the SW 1/4, S 00° 02' 27" East, <br /> 666.94 feet, to the centerline of Peterson Road; thence along said centerline, <br /> S 90° 00' 00" East, 280 feet to the point of beginning of this description; <br /> thence continuing along said centerline, S 90° 00' 00" East, 981 feet; thence S <br /> 00° 34' 00" West, 679 feet, parallel to the West line of Certified Survey Map <br /> #2267; thence, S 89° 39' 30" West, 1253 feet, to the West line of the SW 1/4; <br /> thence along said West line, N 00° 20' 27" West, 88 feet to the Southwest <br /> corner of Lot Certified Survey Map Number 2415; thence along the South line of <br /> said Lot #1, N 89° 39' 30" East, 283 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot <br /> #1; thence along the East line of said Lot #1, N 00° 20' 27" West, 597 feet to <br /> the centerline of Peterson Road and the point of beginning of this <br /> description.
