Thousand, dated February 21 , 1990 . This particular <br /> parcel is Zoned B-1 , Local Business . You will note on the Plat <br /> of Survey that there was recently constructed a shelter , which <br /> shelter encroached upon adjoining lands , and also violated <br /> Section 10 .03 ( 2) , Dane County Zoning Ordinance, which provides <br /> that we must maintain a minimum 10 ' set back . The adjoining <br /> parcel to the East is Zoned RE-1 . <br /> The description of the adjoining parcel to the East upon <br /> which the encroachment is situated is Lot Two (2) , Certified <br /> Survey Map No. 5392 as Recorded in Volume 24 Certified Surveys , <br /> page 298 , Document No. 2053772 all in the Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> We are also the owner of this parcel .
