Driveway variance request for 2280 County Highway AB <br /> 2. <br /> A) The driveway ordinance that the variance is being requested for is section 1.04 (12)which <br /> requires 10' from edge of driveway to property line. Requesting a 5' variance. <br /> B) There is a hardship, due to the corner of the garage is 6.5' from the property line without a <br /> variance their will be no access to the garage on the property,which would be a hardship <br /> for the property. <br /> Water runoff solutions. <br /> 1.) 6"drain tile installed in front of the house. Drain tile will be discharged in the rear of the <br /> house 115' from property line. <br /> 2.) 6"drain tile will be ran from front south west corner along prroperty line and rock wall to <br /> rear of the house discharging 18' from property line. <br /> 3.) A rock wall will be built along the property line next to the driveway. This will stop any <br /> run off from crossing the property line along the driveway. Their will be impermable <br /> surface between rock wall and driveway. <br /> 4.) The area between house and fence on south side of the property will be graded to stop <br /> any water from crossing over the property line. <br /> 5.) Impermable surface will be added in the road right away to reduce the water run off from <br /> the roadway. <br /> 6.) A berm will be added to the North West corner to stop any run off from up the hill <br /> running through the front yard. <br />
