No additional lighting shall be added. <br /> 4) Farm machinery shall be stored in or outdoor shall be limited to 15 pieces of <br /> equipment. No salvage equipment shall be stored outdoors. <br /> 5) Business signs shall be limited to one 16 square foot freestanding sign with a <br /> maximum height of 8 feet. One 12 square foot wall sign shall be permitted having a <br /> wall height of 8 feet. <br /> 6) The fuel tanks on the property shall be updated or removed within 120 days of the <br /> approval of the Conditional Use Permit. <br />
