First I spoke with the Town of Cottage Grove asking <br /> for the letter but they were unsure as to what was needing stating they don't get many variance applicants and <br /> have not had the request for a letter before. Unsure about what's going on there. <br /> My real question though is to the variance procedure. Is it likely to get an excepted variance on this sort of <br /> request? Reason I'm asking is the cost being $350 for the application and another$165 for the interpretation. I'm <br /> not sure I can come up with that sort of money right away after the $600 for a plot survey.Not to press my <br /> 1 <br />
