On November 30, 2015 the Dane County Zo .ng Division observed the construction of an accessory building on your property at 2727 Nightingal Lane. On December 1, 2015 a search of the Dane C unty zoning permit records found no permit for your accessory building. The Dane County Code of Ordinances (DCCO) is available at the following: https://danedocs.countyofdane.com/webdocs/pdf/ordinances/ord010.pdf. The following Sections are from the DCCO: • Section 10.17(5) of the DCCO states, "(b) For all class E highways setback lines are hereby established,parallel to and distant 30 feet from the right-of-way or front lot line." • Section 10.01 of the DCCO states, "(1)Accessory building. A subordinate or supplemental building,the use of which is incidental to that of the main building on the same lot or the use of the premises on which it is located. • (2) Accessory use. A use customari h incidental and accessory to the principal use of a lot or parcel,or building or structure on the .ame lot or parcel as the principal use. • (7) Building. Permits required. No accessory building may be erected or placed without first ob i g a zoning permit as specified in section 10.25(2), except as provided below."
