A subordinate or supplemental <br /> building,the use of which is incidental to that of the main building on the same lot or the use of <br /> the premises on which it is located. <br /> • (2) Accessory use. A use customari h incidental and accessory to the principal use of a lot or <br /> parcel,or building or structure on the .ame lot or parcel as the principal use. <br /> • (7) Building. Any structure having a •of supported by posts, columns or walls and its appendages <br /> including,but not limited to balconie porches, decks, stoops, fireplaces and chimneys." <br /> • Section 10.04(1) (b) of the DCCO tates, "9. Permits required. No accessory building may be <br /> erected or placed without first ob i g a zoning permit as specified in section 10.25(2), except as <br /> provided below." <br />
