June 26 , 1990
Dane County Land Regulation & Records
Room 116, City-County Building
Madison, Wisconsin 53709
RE: Petition to re-zone land in Dane County
Dear Sirs,
The land we are interested in re-zoning is a two acre parcel
located in Rutland Township, Dane County. The property is
owned by Mr . Donald Alme and is currently zoned for
agricultural use. This farm has been in the Alme family for
many years, subsequently Mr . Alme's daughter (Lynn ) and \
myself wish to build a permanent residence on the two acre e;N ofae vc.`.0
parcel . Please reference the legal description and drawing
prepared by Mr . John Karns (surveyor) .
The proposed building project would start in early to mid
September and end near the first of December . Seeding of
the property would be done as soon as possible to prevent
erosion on the hillside.
As stated earlier , the land that we propose to re-zone is
a two acre parcel that is currently zoned for agricultural
use. The property consists of a flat hilltop and a fairly
steep sideslope. The land is marginal from an agricultural
use standpoint and should benefit from being seeded.
Your consideration in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Mark and Lynn choemann
