ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4831 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLUE MOUNDS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blue Mounds be amended to include in the <br /> A-2 Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4831: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of Section 2, Town of Blue Mounds described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the the South quarter corner of said Section 2; thence Northerly, <br /> 660 feet along the North-South quarter section line to the point of beginning; <br /> thence Westerly, 1320 feet along the Southerly line of the N 1/2 SE 1/4 SW 1/4 <br /> of said Section 2 to the East line of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence Southerly, 462 <br /> feet, along East line; thence Westerly, 1320 feet, along the Southerly line of <br /> the North 34 acres of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4 to the West line thereof; thence <br /> Northerly, 820 feet, along said West line; thence N 88° 57' 30" East, 990.16 <br /> feet; thence N 44° 23' 52" East, 343.58 feet; thence North, 140 feet; thence N <br /> 45° East, 150 feet; thence East, 150 feet; thence South, 500 feet; thence East, <br /> 800 feet to the North-South quarter section line, thence Southerly, 66 feet <br /> along said quarter section line to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become <br /> effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board of <br /> Supervisors a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> CONDITION IMPOSED PURSUANT TO §10.255 (3) DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES. <br /> 1. An Erosion Control Permit shall be required of the applicant prior to <br /> construction of any access driveways, buildings or residence to assure <br /> that there will be no adverse impacts resulting from siltation, erosion or <br /> surface water run-off. <br /> EFFECTIVE: <br />
