• <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4837 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PRIMROSE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes and A-2 (8) Agriculture District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #4837: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 and NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 28, Town of Primrose <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section <br /> 28; thence S 00° 14' 50" East along the North-South quarter line of Section 28, <br /> 3203.15 feet; thence N 70° 05' 16" East, 36.73 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> thence N 70° 05' 16" East, 168.47 feet; thence N 51° 48' 00" East, 215.90 feet; <br /> thence N 55° 49' 34" East, 555.12 feet; thence N 71° 19' 52" East, 107.43 feet; <br /> thence N 61° 49' 17" East, 452.75 feet; thence N 00° 07' 22" West along the <br /> East line of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 28, 308.70 feet; thence S 85° 20' 06" <br /> West, 419.06 feet; thence N 55° 47' 54" West, 208.44 feet; thence N 76° 23' 59" <br /> West, 480.43 feet to the Easterly right-of-way line of Primrose Center Road; <br /> thence S 16° 58' 23" West along said right-of-way line, 68.32 feet; thence S <br /> 21° 54 ' 03" West along said right-of-way line, 361.40 feet; thence <br /> Southwesterly, 299.44 feet along said right-of-way line and the arc of a curve <br /> to the left whose radius is 843.00 feet and whose chord bears S 11° 43' 29' <br /> West, 297.87 feet; thence S 03° 32' 55" West along said right-of-way line, <br /> 563.51 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
