Agriculture District to the <br /> R-1 Residential District. <br /> Pet. #4842: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 24, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 24; thence East, along <br /> the East-West quarter line of said Section 24; 901 feet more or less to the <br /> point of beginning; thence South, 190 feet more or less; thence East, along the <br /> East-West quarter line of said Section 24, 230 feet more or less to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> This description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded.
