1. Recitals. The Recitals are incorporated into these Restrictions. <br /> 2. Restriction. The current development rights for future dwelling units (splits) for the <br /> Property were previously transferred to the real estate set forth in Exhibit B and, therefore, the <br /> Property has no current development rights in the form of splits. Pursuant to Chapter 8 <br /> "Agricultural Preservation District", "Policies and Programs" 14A(iv) of the Town of Christiana <br /> Comprehensive Plan, adopted by the Town Board on January 10, 2010 (the "Plan"), the Property <br /> is hereby restricted and shall be preserved exclusively for long-term agricultural use. The <br /> restrictions set forth herein shall run with the land and be binding and applicable to Owner, and <br /> its successors in title. <br /> 3. Future Development Rights.
