ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 4844 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MEDINA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the C-2 <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> pet. 444844/868: <br /> part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 5 and NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 8, Town of <br /> Medina described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said <br /> Section 5; thence S 86° 23' 49" West along the South line of said Section 5, <br /> 1325.80 feet to the point of beginning; thence North along the East line of <br /> said SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 5, 120.50 feet; thence S 86° 23' 49' West, 132.00 <br /> feet; thence South parallel with the East line of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section <br /> 5, 120.50 feet; thence S 64° 28' 05" East, 145.48 feet to the East line of said <br /> NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 8, thence N 00° 22' 39" East along the East line of <br /> said NW 1/4 NW 1/4 , 71 .0 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> This amendment will be effective if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restriction <br /> on said land running in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as <br /> well as owners of the land: <br /> A. Commercial use shall be limited to an automobile repair garage and <br /> towing business. <br /> B. Unlicensed or damaged vehicles and vehicles with parts missing shall be <br /> stored inside an enclosed building. <br /> C.
