/7/46-1/6-66.-) <br /> August 7, 1990 <br /> As I cannot appear in person due to the fact that I already had flight plans <br /> to be out of town this week, I am submitting this via proxy. <br /> I wish to voice an objection to a rezoning permit for the parcel in question. <br /> When we moved here in 1969, it was partly because it is peaceful and quiet. <br /> This is already a problem from this property as loud music is played early <br /> in the morning (ie, 6:00 a.m.) which can be heard through closed windows <br /> and doors. Also, specifically, last night, August 6th, there were loud, <br /> metal-sawing sounds, until well after 11:00 p.m. , and the wrecker was heard <br /> moving around at midnight. This is typical, not unusual of what happens there. <br /> The people living there seem to be very nice, and the above "problems" are bare',, <br /> tolerable. However, with a rezoning, there would no longer be a voice <br /> if it became untolerable, which it certainly would, just by the nature <br /> of that type of business. <br /> Secondly, there are already six or seven vehicles parked on the lawn of <br /> this property.
