Based on the site plan <br /> submitted on May 26,2016 I have determined that the proposed development conforms to the shoreland and <br /> floodplain zoning requirements of Dane County. The intensity of development proposed has triggered the <br /> requirement of a shoreland erosion control permit. This permit,issued by Dane County Land and Water Resources, <br /> will be required prior to the issuance of the shoreland zoning permit. <br /> This determination has been based on a lot area of 105,701 square feet within 300 feet of Door Creek. The post <br /> development impervious surface area is 12,689 square feet for a ratio of 12%within the shoreland district. The <br /> development will provide that fill will be at least one foot or more above the regional flood elevation extending at <br /> least 15 feet beyond the limits of the structure. The proposed structure will also meet the 75 foot setback to a <br /> wetland as delineated. <br /> Please satisfy the following conditions: <br /> 1.
