The permit card shall be posted on the premises before any earth disturbing activity is started. <br /> 2. The owner or agent shall have all lot corners visibly staked prior to requesting an inspection.The Zoning <br /> Inspector shall not be responsible for determining the location of lot lines. Please be advised that zoning <br /> v <br /> 1S-di liance upon your correct identification of property boundaries and lot lines. <br /> 3. FIRST INSPECTION: <br /> a. Is a location survey--quired? No <br /> If yes,a first inspec on phone call request is no -quired. Please arrange to have a copy of the survey <br /> delivered to our de• ment prior to -• s ruction above the foundation. <br /> b. If no,the owner or agent shall request the first inspection when the foundation or basement walls have <br /> been constructed. Footings only are not considered a foundation. The locational extent of the permitted structure <br /> must be identifiable at the time of the first inspection. Construction may continue only after an inspection has been <br /> re• . <br /> 4. SECOND INSPECTION: Shall be requested when the building is substantially completed. Interior trim, <br /> carpeting, painting, etc., do not have to be fi '-hed prior to the inspection but, interior walls must be in place and <br /> - -I •lumbin• and -- '•• -- es must be installed and operating. <br /> 5. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE: The zoning inspections are made to verify compliance with the regulations <br /> of the zoning ordinance. The Zoning Division, upon completion of both inspections will issue a certificate of <br /> compliance. <br /> To schedule an inspection, call 266-4266, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM -4:00 PM.
