GREVE, Professional Land Surveyor, do hereby certify that by the order of Oak Glen, LLC I have <br /> surveyed, monumented, and mapped Lot 3, Certified Survey Map No. 11994 as recorded in Volume 73 of Certified <br /> Survey Maps, pages 359 - 363, as Document No. 4257531 and part of Lots 4 and 5, Oak Glen located in the <br /> Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Town <br /> 6 North, Range 7 East, Town of Springdale, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Certified Survey Map No. 11994; <br /> thence North 19°13'58"West along the West line of said Lot 3, 348.75 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 3; <br /> thence East along the North line of said Lot 3, 17.42 feet to a point in the Easterly line of a drainage easement; <br /> thence North 47°25'28" East along said drainage easement, 224.07 feet; <br /> thence South 89°12'56" East along said drainage easement, 50.36 feet; <br /> thence South 04°25'33"West along the East line of said Lot 3 and the Northerly extension thereof, 448.01 feet to the <br /> Southeast corner of said Lot 3 said point also being in the North right-of-way line of Getz Road; <br /> thence Southwesterly along a 183.00 foot radius curve to the left in the North right-of-way line of Getz Road and the <br /> South line of said Lot 3 having a central angle of 28°24'40"and whose long chord bears South 68°05'08"West, 89.82 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Containing 67,249 square feet, (1.54 acres), more or less.
