SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE <br /> I, JAMES R. GROTHMAN, Professional Land Surveyor, do hereby certify that by the order of Oak Glen, LLC I have <br /> surveyed, monumented, and mapped Lots 3 and 4 of Certified Survey Map No. 11994 as recorded in Volume 73 of <br /> Certified Survey Maps, pages 359 - 363, as Document No. 4257531 and part of Lots 3, 4 and 5, Oak Glen located in <br /> the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, <br /> Town 6 North, Range 7 East, Town of Springdale, Dane County, Wisconsin, described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Certified Survey Map No. 11994; <br /> thence North 19°13'58"West along the West line of said Lot 3, 348.75 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 3; <br /> thence East along the North line of said Lot 3, 17.42 feet to a point in the Easterly line of a drainage easement; <br /> thence North 47°25'28" East along said drainage easement, 224.07 feet; <br /> thence South 89°12'56" East along said drainage easement, 81.60 feet; <br /> thence South 35°53'35" East along said drainage easement, 265.60 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 4, Certified <br /> Survey Map No. 11994; <br /> thence South 22°59'47"West along the East line of said Lot 4, 274.72 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 4, said <br /> point also being in the North right-of-way line of Getz Road; <br /> thence Southwesterly along a 183.00 foot radius curve to the left in the North right-of-way line of Getz Road and the <br /> South line of said Lots 3 and 4 having a central angle of 65°27'11" and whose long chord bears South 86°36'23" <br /> West, 197.87 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Containing 130,927 square feet, (3.01 acres), more or less.
