After reviewing
the plan submitted via e-mail on August 1, 2016 I have determined that the intensity of
development will require a shoreland erosion control permit. This permit is issued by
Dane County Land and Water Resources.
This determination has been based on a lot area of 23,870 square feet within 300 ft of
Lake Waubesa. The calculated existing impervious surface ratio is 22.5% or 5375.8
square feet. The proposed development will result in a net decrease in impervious
surface area impervious surface of 5 square feet. The post development impervious
surface ratio will remain 22.5%.
Prior to issuance of a shoreland zoning permit for the proposed residential development
the following conditions must be satisfied:
1. Obtain an approved shoreland erosion control permit.
2. Pay shoreland zoning permit fee of$150.
Once the above conditions have been satisfied, your shoreland zoning permit will be
issued will the following conditions and you'll be able to apply for the standard zoning
permit:
1. The replacement of the existing retaining wall must be in the same size and
location.
2. The area of existing impervious surface being removed must be restored to a
vegetated state.
