No building shall be erected on less than one lot and. not more than one dwelling house shall be built on one lot. Any building erected shall be placed not less than 30 feet back from the front line indicated on the recorded plat. There shall be side yards in the aggregate of not less than 25 feet and no single side yard shall be less than 10 feet. The minimum depth of any rear yard shall be 50 feet.
