No building shall be erected on less than one lot and. <br /> not more than one dwelling house shall be built on one lot. Any building erected shall be <br /> placed not less than 30 feet back from the front line indicated on the recorded plat. There <br /> shall be side yards in the aggregate of not less than 25 feet and no single side yard shall <br /> be less than 10 feet. The minimum depth of any rear yard shall be 50 feet.
