DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6250 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> York <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning bistrict Maps of the Town of York be amended to include <br /> in the R-1A Residential and A-2 (4) Agriculture District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> Pet. #6250: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 and SW 1/4 Section 7, Town of York <br /> described as follows: <br /> TO R-1A: Part of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of <br /> York described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner <br /> of said Section 7; thence East 2437.7 feet; thence S 00° 17' East <br /> allong the East line of said SE 1/4, 663 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue S 00° 17 ' East 210 feet; thence S 48° <br /> 46 ' West, 730 feet; thence N 41° 13 ' West, 170 feet; thence N 48° <br /> 46' East along the Southeasterly right-of-way of North Greenway <br /> Road; 850 feet to the point of beginning.
