The rezoned area shall be subject to the following <br /> conditions. <br /> 1. A shared driveway agreement shall be recorded on the properties pursuant to Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinance Section 75.19(8). <br /> 2. The remaining A-1 Exclusive zoned lands shall be transferred to the adjacent <br /> landowner (Jerome & Russel Ballweg) within 180 days of approval. <br />
