Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1396 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Telecommunications tower site. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 3/18/97 EXPIRATION DATE: (See Below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 22, Town of Dunn described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said quarter <br /> section; thence due West along the North line of said quarter <br /> Section 544 .27 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be <br /> described; thence continuing due South 100. 00 feet to a point, <br /> thence due West 100. 00 feet to a point, thence due North 100 . 00 <br /> feet to a point, thence due East 100. 00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1. The primary use of the communication tower permitted under Conditional Use Permit No. <br /> 1396 shall be for the mounting of equipment for Personal Communication Services (PCS) <br /> transmissions/receptions, Cellular Telephone and Paging equipment. <br /> 2. The communication tower placed, constructed or modified under Conditional Use Permit No. <br /> 1396 is for the existing 290 foot tower. This permit shall permit one Paging facility and either 2 PCS <br /> or 2 Cellular telephone transmission/reception devices or one of each. <br /> 3. Subject to further conditions set forth herein as to total floor area and location, the holder of <br /> Conditional Use Permit No. 1396 may add an additional support structure 14 feet in height(as defined <br /> in section 10.01 (8) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance in effect in March 1997) and 314 square <br /> feet in floor area for use necessary to the primary use of the tower. Those structures already existing <br /> are permitted to be retained. Buildings constructed or used by tower operators shall be subject to all <br /> conditions established for Conditional Use Permit No. 1396, including locational requirements <br /> contained in the site plan. <br />
