The structure shall be a mono-pole package 250 feet in height with a 17 <br /> feet antenna boom, along with a lighting package to include daylight <br /> strobe lights and only red lights for evening and night. Any other <br /> alternative shall be returned to the Town Plann Commission for approval. <br /> 2. The conditional use permit will expire at the same time and consistant <br /> with the terms of the lease between Ameritech Mobile and the lessor. A <br /> copy of the lease will be submitted to Dane County Zoning and the Town <br /> Board. <br />
