FOR: Expand cellular communications tower. EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 01/23/01 EXPIRATION DATE: (See Below) THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Christiana described as follows : Commencing at the Southwest corner of said quarter Section; thence N89°00' 45" East along the South line of said quarter Section 722 . 97 feet; thence N00°59' 15" West 70 . 00 feet to the North line of County Highway A and the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence continuing N00°59' 15" West 192 . 36 feet; thence N89°00' 45" East 188 . 51 feet to a point on the Southwesterly line of Interstate Highway 90, said point being a point on curve; thence 206. 54 feet along said Southwesterly line and the arc of a curve concave to the Southwest having a radius of 11, 319. 19 feet and a chord bearing S22°20' 23" East 206. 54 feet to the North line of the aforesaid County Highway A; thence leaving said curve S89°00' 45" West along said North line County Highway A; 263 . 71 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONS : These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit . 1 . Condition No. 2 on CUP 1468 shall be amended to read: "The communication tower placed, constructed or modified under Conditional Use Permit No. 1683 shall not exceed a maximum height of 160 feet and shall allow for the location of a total of at least three antenna arrays, leaving open the option of additional collocators (more than three) if feasible within the height constraint of 160 feet ."
