Page 1 <br /> a <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1813 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10 .255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions . <br /> FOR: communications cell tower. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT 06/10/03 EXPIRATION DATE: (See Below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS : <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 24, Town of Burke described <br /> as follows : Commencing at the West quarter corner of said <br /> Section 24 ; thence N87 °54 ' 37" East 1321 . 63 feet along the North <br /> line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 24 to the East line of the <br /> NW 1/4 of said SW 1/4; thence S01°18 ' 20" West 1106 . 50 feet along <br /> said East line, thence N88 °41 ' 40" West 34 . 24 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence S01°57 ' 05" East 75 . 00 feet; thence S88°02 ' 55" <br /> West 75 . 00 feet; thence N01°57 ' 05" Wet 75 . 00 feet ; thence <br /> N88 °02 ' 55" East 75 . 00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) The primary use of the communication tower permitted under <br /> Conditional Use Permit No. 1813 shall be for the mounting of <br /> equipment for Personal Communication Services (PCS) <br /> transmissions/receptions and cellular telephone equipment . <br /> 2) The communication tower placed, constructed or modified under <br /> Conditional Use Permit No. 1813 shall accommodate, at a <br /> minimum height of 150 feet above grade, the collocation of at <br /> least two additional antenna arrays similar in size and <br /> function to that placed on the tower by the holder of said <br /> permit . The maximum height of the tower shall not exceed 160 <br /> feet above ground level (AGL) . Verizon' s array shall be <br /> located at 130 feet AGL. <br /> 3) The minimum of two collocation sites required hereunder need <br /> not be available on the tower as initially placed, <br /> constructed, or modified, provided that the tower will <br /> support at the specified minimum height the later addition of <br /> the required number of collocation sites . <br /> 4) Collocation sites required hereunder shall upon request be <br /> made available by the holder of Conditional Use Permit No. <br /> 1813 for the mounting of technologically compatible antenna <br />
